About Our Group

Chamong Group is a company which has been engaged in working in the markets since more than a century. The company is a family owned business and is now operated by the 6th generation. Chamong group owns several estate gardens in Darjeeling, which it has been maintaining for more than a century. Overall, this group is the largest producer of best quality organic Darjeeling Tea. It operates from a modernized infrastructure so as to always make a qualitative and quantitative approach to the customers. It has a facility established in Kolkata, which blends and packages the tea varieties in a hygienic manner under the regulations of EU and HACCP standards. Around 10000 people including 7000 women are employed by the group and as a result of which we are producing around 3000 M.T./ annually.
